What They Do: Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company modernizing how organizations manage custom apparel and branded merchandise programs. Their platform helps businesses streamline ordering, maintain brand consistency, and drive operational efficiency across teams and locations. With strong momentum and continued revenue growth, they are expanding their sales team and adding a high-impact Account Executive to help accelerate new business and expansion revenue.
THE ROLE
This is a full-cycle Account Executive role responsible for owning an assigned territory and driving both net-new customer acquisition and revenue expansion within existing accounts.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Account Management to move deals efficiently through the pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a growth-stage environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in closing.
This position is on-site 3 days per week in New Berlin, WI.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue goals
Prospect into target accounts through outbound and inbound efforts
Engage business owners, operators, and key decision-makers
Lead discovery conversations and product demonstrations
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close
Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM
Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
2–4 years of full-cycle B2B software sales experience (SaaS preferred)
Experience within eCommerce, apparel, promotional products, or related industries is a plus
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
High ownership mindset and accountability
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
