• Experience: Healthcare sales / liaison experience required

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, marketing, or sales (Home Care experience preferred)
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and drive referrals
• Ability to “solution sell” and understand client needs
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Drive referrals and admissions within assigned territory
• Meet and exceed established sales goals and quotas
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, clinics, and other referral sources
• Proactively identify and engage potential clients and families for home care services
• Coordinate and manage the referral and onboarding process for new patients
• Maintain consistent outreach and presence within the local healthcare community
