Job Description

Small downtown Kansas City law firm seeks Book Keeper to manage firm's accounts receivable and accounts payable, maintain and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks.  Successful applicant must be proficient in QuickBooks.  Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years experience preferred.  Please submit resume and salary requirements.  

Job Requirements

The successful applicant must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft products and will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable and  general ledger.  The Book Keeper must be comfortable with generating reports in QuickBooks.  The Book Keeper will interface with the firm's accountant and will process payroll through firm's payroll contractor.  Good business acumen is required.
