Job Requirements

Responsibilities: Manages the development and implementation process for new mid-sized to large groups enrolling in BSC plans. Duties include coordination of departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivery of new or existing internal/external programs and/or products. Plans and directs schedules. Monitors group implementation projects from initiation through delivery and monitors overall standard group implementation process for continuous improvement. Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of group implementation projects on schedule and within budget. Interfaces with internal and external customers on technical matters and project status. Responsible for assembling a project team, assigning and monitoring work of team members and providing guidance and leadership. Works on implementation projects of diverse scope and moderate complexity where analysis requires review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Designs and develops approaches that are implemented by others.

Education/Requirements: Generally requires Bachelors degree or equivalent and 5-7 years of experience in the related area. Previous project management experience required.
