Client Representative

Job Description

Pro Staff is currently seeking a Client Representative for a distribution center located in Riverside, MO.  This is a temp-to-hire position on 1st shift, Monday-Friday with a pay rate starting at $13/hr.

Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned accounts
Answer calls, questions and recommend corrective actions to address customer issues
Become the trusted advisor to key decision makers by establishing and developing close business relationships
Manage tactical issues, such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management and shipment issues between the company and assigned customers
Enter orders into company operating system as required by customer
Enter new customer data, maintain each customer's product or service offering in the company operating system
Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts
Prepares reports as required by each customer
Other duties as may be assigned

Education and Experience
Associate or Bachelor degree received or in progress preferred
Three years of experience in a customer service environment preferred but not required
Great oral and written communication skills
Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions
Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments
Innovation - Meets challenges with resourcefulness; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles
