A Major, Lindsey & Africa Interim Legal Talent client is seeking an Interim Securities Attorney to join its team. This is an interim position with an innovative company located in McLean, VA.


  • Assist with Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
  • Assist with preparation of Proxy Statement
  • Prepare Section 16 filings, including Forms 3 and 4
  • Prepare board of director meeting materials and resolutions


  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • VA Bar preferred
  • 2+ years in a law firm or in-house corporate and/or securities practice or department
  • Experience drafting 1934 filings, Section 16 filings and Proxy Statements
  • Experience preparing board of director materials and resolutions

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Interested candidates should apply as directed.
