TIME COMMITMENT:

- 16 weeks (8/12/19 through 11/29/19) 40 hours per week

- Flexible 8 hour shifts between hours of 7AM - 6PM (M-F), M-F

- Please do not apply if you cannot commit to the full 16 week contract.

- Temp to hire may be possible dependent upon contractor performance and FTE staffing needs at the end of the contract period, but is NOT guaranteed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidates will be working to support company's Cost Analysis Review Process (CARP) for all Medical Segment National Brand product suppliers. Candidates will be required to communicate via phone and email with a portfolio of over 200 of our vendors to request and obtain cost changes for the 2020 calendar year using provided templates and communication schedule. Training on systems and processes will be provided. Must be able to work with little to no supervision and possess the ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines, and avoid keying mistakes. Successful candidates for this role will possess exemplary written and verbal communication skills and a drive to complete their work in the most accurate and efficient manner possible.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- SAP Knowledge/Experience

- Excel experience is required, expertise strongly preferred

- Self Reliant

- Ability to take direction and be flexible

- Attention to detail

- Ability quickly adapt to changes

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Microsoft Excel and Outlook, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines, ability to learn quickly
