The Clinical Coordinator is responsiblefor overseeing daily operations in amulti-specialty clinic setting to include, daily clinic flow, staffing, development and implementation of orientation,training, education, policies, procedures, infectioncontrol, and competency management ofa variety of clinic roles in PhysicianPractices. They will  serve as a role model in all Clinical functions.


Job Requirements

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred



Minimum Work  Experience

Minimum five years experience healthcare related field.

Required Skills

Certifications:

X BLS (AHA -HealthcareProvider)  required

Licenses:

Licensed by the State of Kansasas a Registered Nurse

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability  to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Relates to patients, physicians  and peers to develop and maintain effectivework/patient relationships. Appliescritical thinking, analytical and participative behavior toproblem-solving techniques and decision-

making.

Must be able to oversee clinic flow and identifydaily improvements with support staff

Must be able to provide outstanding service recoverywhen needed to patients

Analytical,  creative, adaptive,  perceptive, persuasive,  methodical, orderly,thorough and enterprising. Initiateswork assignments independently without specific direction.

Demonstrates responsibility and accountability according to legal, ethical, professional, educational, and personaldevelopment goals.

Prioritizes work and meets changingdemands and stress deadlines.  Effective communication and interpersonal skills and behaviors. Follow proceduresrelated to position accountabilities.

Knowledge of safety and infection controlclinic procedures.

Relates to specificfacts/situations to guiding concepts/principles/policies and draws logical and consistent conclusions.

Must demonstrate amastery of Excel spreadsheets, commonstatistical software packages and basic macro language.

Must demonstrate anability  to managemultiple projects.

Must be able to provide leadership and strong decision  making and problem solving skills

Must exhibit strong organizational and communication skills. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requires an ability  to participate effectively in cross departmental/clinic teams. Clinicalexperience and/orknowledge of health  care systems required

Initiates work assignments independently little  to no direction.
