We have an immediate need for a Salesforce Practice Director to join our Global Services team. This is an FTE and the role may require up to 50% travel.

Salesforce Practice Director

  • The Salesforce Practice Director role is focused on providing an exceptional customer experience as well as fuel business growth. TEKsystems Global Services' is seeking a hands-on Business and Technology leader to run our Salesforce Practice. The Salesforce Practice Director is responsible for developing and delivering Salesforce solutions to our customers. The Practice Director manages several Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) including building a strong team, cross functional collaboration, project delivery, practice expansion and innovation. Additionally, they will need to build practice assets, accelerators and highly repeatable frameworks.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record working with a major industry customer to drive complex solutions. They will ideally have consulting leadership experience with a Certified Salesforce Partner. The successful candidate will have built and managed a portfolio of Salesforce Services demonstrating year over year growth with sustained high gross margins.

Key Accountabilities and Priorities:

  • Build strong capabilities using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Field Services Cloud to serve customers in Consumer Goods, Health Care, Financial Services and other industries.
  • Develop vertical repeatable solutions to support go to market strategies.
  • Experience leveraging AppExchange products as a part of project execution.
  • Lead global team of 100+ resources in multiple, international, locations and build a high performing team that provides solutions to our customers.
  • Work closely with the dedicated Salesforce and Regional Sales teams in pre-sales activities and sales pursuits.
  • Serves as an escalation point for delivery and client issues; recommending and implementing resolution approaches
  • Build client satisfaction through the development, implementation, and delivery of high quality services, applications, technical, industry and business solutions that respond/meet/exceed client requirements/expectations
  • Work closely with our Channel/Alliance Director to further expand our Silver Salesforce Partnership that can be leveraged to enhance practice maturity and revenue generation.
  • Continuously assess the market trends and make any necessary changes to our service offerings

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Technologist: 15+ years' experience in delivering Business software solutions with focus on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Business Process Skill: 5-8 years' experience in working with Salesforce implementations and business process mapping across environments within Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services as well as the mid-market.
  • Talent Management - 10+ years of experience directly managing people including leading teams, hiring, developing, motivating, and directing practice resources. Successful experience managing offshore, multi-shore and multi-center teams.
  • Problem Solving: Deep technical experience to be able to understand the concepts being discussed, with the ability to facilitate discussion and flush out the details required to enable successful delivery
  • Consulting: Experience managing, delivering and administrating client professional services agreements including change management.
  • Architecture: 5+ years of experience selecting and deploying leading-edge business and technology solutions. Experience in architecting a real-time, mission-critical, 24x7 systems environment.
  • Delivery: Experience with different project management and software development methodologies.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems is required with graduate education viewed as a decided plus.
