Job Description

 Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to work in the Auburn Hills, MI area.  This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales support between customers and the rest of the sales team
  • Ability to increase aftermarket revenue and profit
  • Follow up on assigned RFQ's
  • Development sales plan for aftermarket growth
  • Report on monthly sales forecasts
  • Expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals/quotas
  • Problem solve
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree is preferred, but will consider Associate's Degree in Business or related technical field
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Prior sales experience with equipment, spare parts, aftermarket, etc.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
