Job Description

Overview

The Business Process and Controls Administrator will be responsible for various tasks within WD, Oracle IPM and email boxes. The Business Process and Controls Administrator will also be responsible for the maintenance of associate information/files throughout the employment life cycle by imaging into Oracle IPM. Other duties include but are not limited to follow-ups with HR personnel and answering general questions.



Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Workday inbox action items, review and approve transactions
  • Guide HR teams through the business processes and edits within Workday
  • Assist in processing ID and personal data within Workday
  • Review I-9s are properly completed within Workday for E-Verify mandated states
  • Conduct E-verify for mandated states
  • Review/validate data uploads (Workday EIBs) in Sandbox/Production
  • Advise Team Lead of any corrections necessary, including transactions to be rescinded
  • Participate in Workday release testing and validation
  • Assist in system conversions, related testing and verification of report data
  • Maintain/review UICs (unemployment claims) for proper distribution among Payroll/HR teams
  • Assist HR teams with retrieval of personnel documents and/or files stored within document retention system (Oracle IPM)
  • Imaging of personnel documents into Oracle IPM, as needed
  • Responsible for reviewing accuracy of documents stored within Oracle IPM and network drive
  • Perform other tasks as deemed necessary
  • Assist in any special projects
  • Become an expert in the HR/Payroll system
  • Responsible for understanding Payroll and Human Resources policies and procedures

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Degree required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR/Payroll experience.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
