Position Title:  Finance Process Analyst

Accountabilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of processes, organization, training and metrics necessary to implement the GFT solution within the Region
  • Work closely with the region, GBS and Accenture stakeholders to ensure end to end processes are understood from current PR5 system to the new PR0 implementation
  • Assist region and Accenture with documenting, testing and communication process updates or changes
  • Manage Region adherence to GFT global processes
  • Create process sustain capability in the Region post implementation
  • Identify CI of integrated GFT processes with Region Process Owners
  • Ensure effective Region participation in the GFT Solution, including Accenture Buenos Aires, Bangalore and Manila
  • Socialize data artifact (definitions, standards, process, metric, SLA, etc.) recommendations made by Regional Data Manager
  • Participate in familiarization, fit gap and deep dive sessions to ensure robust processes are established and adequate scope is identified

Essential Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Financial Discipline or equivalent knowledge/experience
*Essential experience and job requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of financial systems (SAP, WR5, WRW) and tools used for analysis and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus and discipline to accomplish key deliverables and milestones.  
  • Team player with the ability to build excellent work relationships
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong working relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation
  • Strong diversity and cultural awareness

Desirable criteria & qualifications:

  • Significant SAP Finance experience in an Upstream Region
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Performance management experience (analysis and reporting of performance metrics)
