Job Title: Associate Education Services
Location: Oakland, CA
Contract Length: 2+ months Duties:
  • Schedule, coordinate and administer training events on site or via webinar using remote conferencing tools such as GoTo Meeting or JoinMe video conference calls for both client meetings, internal team meetings, and public events.
  • Serve as note taker for various meetings.
  • Coordinate vendor deliveries and answer customer service calls.
  • Provide backend support for various software systems used by organization.
  • For instance, you may be asked to maintain accurate user data and help upload program applications data or administer the Learning Management System.
Skills Required:
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks and priorities to completion with limited supervision using project planning tools like Google Calendar, Smartsheet and Trello.
  • Detail and accuracy orientation, Ability to enter and review data and content accurately and thoroughly.
  • Basic financial data administration and math capability.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google equivalents.
  • Candidate with event planning experience is highly preferred.
