Job Description


Kforce's client, a leading regional CPA firm with offices in NJ and NYC is seeking an Account Specialist to support their accounting services team.

Duties for this role include data entry of accounting transactions such as Invoicing Cash receipts, Vendor bills, Cash disbursements, Fixed asset entry, and Payroll transactions. This is a well-established firm with a stellar reputation. The client has very competitive compensation and benefits and a nice work environment.

Job Requirements


  • Associates degree or High School diploma or equivalent

  • Some accounting knowledge would be helpful, technologically proficiency is essential, specifically with the Microsoft Excel

  • QuickBooks on-line is a plus

  • Must be detail-oriented, sharp and motivated

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Good communication skills with a friendly personality are required
