Kelly Services is hiring a Delivery Assurance Specialist for a global aircraft manufacturing company in Muskegon, MI.
 
Schedule: 1st shift (8:00-5:00 PM)
Starting pay rate $17/hr.
Duration: Long-Term contract assignment open ended (including benefits)
 
Job Title:  Delivery Assurance Specialist
Responsibilities:




  • Perform Market Searches Contact the market for required inventory in support of customer or planning requirements. 

  • Issuing Purchase Orders Issue Purchase Orders of located material from the market.

  • Return Purchase Orders Return of non-conforming material to supplier, in the form of a credit purchase order.

  • Non-Conforming Review Review of non-conforming material in inventory that requires analysis, appropriate actions (tag correction, return request, return to stock).

  • Review Open Purchase Orders Review of open purchase orders due in.  Report to incoming purchases for inventory forecasting.

  • Expediting new and repair materials in support of customer requirements.

  • Record Supplier Quotes Record supplier quotes into database for planning and sales info.

  • Weekly Team Meetings Attend weekly team meetings with supervisor, planner and engine buyer



Qualifications:
HS Diploma required, BS degree preferred. High level Excel skills, to be able to manipulate data, reporting out services. SAP experience preferred.
