Job Details         
The Digital Portfolio Management team is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving portfolio management practices for Digital Customer Experience.
  • As a Portfolio Management Analyst, you will partner to understand the projects and products within the portfolio to ensure initiatives are grouped, prioritized, and executed in a way that achieves the organizational business objectives. 
  • Focus for this position will be portfolio management, value/benefits realization, portfolio tool automation, intake and health/status tracking. 
The Portfolio Management Analyst maintains a strategic view of organizational objectives for highly complex product/projects, understands how various projects/products fit within those objectives and provides advice, assistance, and leadership to improve the quality of portfolio results. 


Job Required Education/Experience
  • Support the Portfolio Manager to develop project/product health/performance metrics appropriate to the various portfolio management functions
  • Proactively works with subject matter experts/ Product Managers/Owners within the portfolio, and other organizations to provide visibility & transparency
  • Implement solutions and develop techniques for measuring and reporting performance metrics for portfolio areas for Information Technology and Business. 
    • Reporting includes weekly, monthly and annual reports delivered in a timely and accurate manner
    • Provide support for operational and ad hoc information as well as customized reports for specific audiences
  • Maintain databases/solutions of portfolio performance metrics to include:
    • Expense variance analysis and forecasting
    • Efficiency and effectiveness metrics
    • Key milestone metrics
    • Product/Project/Enhancements health
    • SLA monitoring
  • Develop business trend analysis, monitor key project performance metrics and communicate to management
  • Assist in the development of an annual strategic plan 
  • Provide high quality portfolio analysis and utilize analytical capabilities to effectively collect, analyze, and summarize data regarding the portfolio
  • Applies advanced concepts and techniques to complex problems requiring use of ingenuity and creativity to identify unique solutions 
 
Education/ Technical Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree & five (5) years minimum experience; MBA preferred
  • JIRA, Confluence & Portfolio for JIRA preferred
  • ServiceNow!
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • Full Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • Visio
