Job Requirements

Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, imp0rovement and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. May communicate team progress. Performs cost and benefit analyses. Employees at the highest levels typically have Six Sigma Black Belt or Master certification. Provides highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in order to support cross-functional business processes Analyzes and assures the quality of data collected and manages data collection plans Leads the development of annual operating plans, capital budgets and forecasts and build business cases for new business initiatives Develops, prepares and presents complex analysis for Senior/Executive Management review Leads the development of complex analysis and documentation of as-is and to-be business processes Defines highly complex business requirements and provides analysis toward operational efficiency and drives change within the organization Leads the development of hierarchy of manual and automated business processes, capturing organizational and process models, data and system workflows, describing the roles, activities, inputs and outputs.




Education/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s
  • A minimum of 5-7 years as a business analyst, program analyst or serving in a consultant role.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in LEAN/Six Sigma methodlogies
  • Experience working on DMAIC and other LEAN projects from start to finish.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt a plus.
  • Expert level PowerPoint and presentation creation skills a must
  • Ability to create complex excel documents
  • Extensive experience in facilitating in various sizes of group settings
  • Experience at generating, improving and disseminating complex reports and presentations.
  • Creation of business requirement documentation to support system or business processes.
