Administrative Assistant Job $15-19 hr

Ajilon Professional Staffing is currently sourcing for an Administrative Assistant job located near Rochester Hills, MI. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of administrative experience and must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. This candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, managing calendars, arranging travel plans, coordinating events, expense reporting, and more. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include:
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely manner
• Extensive calendar management
• Schedule and organize meetings
• Update company’s internal contact list as necessary
• Prepare and edit presentations and documents
• Create expense reports
• Assist with other projects as requested
 
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
