Supervising Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description


Kforce's client, a world class healthcare company in Bridgewater, New Jersey (NJ) is seeking a Supervising Senior Financial Analyst.

  • Business partnering with Plant Controllers and other functional areas for reporting of plans and results

  • Consolidate and support in developing forecasts, strategic plans, capital requirements and other investment decisions across three manufacturing facilities and several functional areas

  • Consolidate financial results and develop insightful and articulate summaries/analysis at the Quarterly Operating Reviews for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)

  • Lead monthly, quarterly and yearly controlling activities to ensure that the organization is meeting its financial commitments, including total plant labor and overhead costs, headcount, product performance metrics and compliance with contractual obligations

  • Identify and implement process improvements, drive standardization of financial processes across areas supported, drive efficiencies and accountability for delivering results on plan

  • Liaise with FP&A to manage total Operations financial reporting and systems

  • Provide financial leadership in developing business cases for new or revised initiatives

  • Various Ad-hoc analysis as needed

Job Requirements


  • A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably within the area of Accounting or Finance; An MBA, a CPA, CMA, or other financial certification is preferred

  • 4+ years Financial analysis experience with financial modeling out of a large company preferably in pharma, manufacturing, consumer products, related companies

  • This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills including the ability to create complex financial models, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills

  • Understanding of cost accounting principles is a plus

  • Experience with SAP and Hyperion is a plus

  • Candidate must possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • The candidate must possess the ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization

  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills are required

  • The ability to work well in a dynamic environment, think creatively and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required
