Job Description

Our client, an investment, development, and operation company focused on the energy and power sector, is seeking a Personal and Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a broad range of responsibilities involving the handling of confidential information and communicating with internal and external business executives, as well as with the offices of public figures. Must be able to perform tasks in a timely manner, with great attention to detail, know how to prioritize, and have strong communication skills. Duties include coordinating travel for the CEO and their family, managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, setting up conference calls, coordinating with the Family Office on tax filing processes, assisting in coordinating major events, processing expense reports, running errands, and completing other administrative duties. BA/BS required with at least 5 years of experience as a personal and executive assistant supporting a CEO or other high-profile individual. Hours are 8:30AM-5:30PM with willingness to work overtime. Must also be able to keep an eye on email 24/7 in order to respond to urgent matters. Salary is up to $100K + paid OT + bonus with competitive benefits including 100% paid medical benefits, 401K, and more!
