Our client, a top international Pharmaceutical/Healthcare firm, is currently seeking an Artwork Change Coordinator for a 7 month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension.  The position is located in Fort Worth, Texas.

The hours for this position are as follows:




  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (could be flexible)



 Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):




  • Lead and coordinate various activities locally in the site and in global projects to ensure regulatory-compliant artwork creation for printed packaging material based on assembled texts, technical specifications and design guidelines for all various business cases by coordinating among and communicating with different local and global business partners and suppliers focusing on a high customer service level.

  • Serve as 1st point of escalation for deviations and issues that cannot be solved support team



You are required to formal education in typesetting, printing or comparable business areas. Experience in packaging engineering and a higher education with a technical, economical or scientific degree. Know-how of best practices in change control/materials management systems. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an artwork creation environment and/or global project management experience OR 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in industry and the ability to act in an intercultural, complex and rapidly changing business environment.
