Job Description

Seeking an office manager w/ good phone skills and solid MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.

Handle HR on-boarding and some accounting functions as well

Make travel reservations

Knowledge of real estate (lease agreements/calling agents)

Customer facing, needs to outgoing and have a backbone.

It would be great if they are very savvy with MS Word and creating forms. They want to have more customized forms.

They need an experienced office manager; someone who is able to hit the ground running.
