Compensation: $65000.00 to $75000.00 yearly

Robert Half is working with our client in West-Central Wisconsin to help them fill their role as a Compensation and Systems Analyst. This role will be a subject matter expert with both compensation and HRIS. The compensation position will require 3+ years of previous compensation design, evaluating current job positions, review of compensation practices, and ensuring that all programs and practices are compliant with federal, state and local regulations. The HRIS requirements are as follows; configuration of the HRIS system to support changes, ensuring security, keeping updated on new HRIS functions, training new employees, report writing and interpreting reports for employees, and recommending future needs in the HRIS system.
