LEONI Cable, Inc. (Rochester, MI): Through this LEONI site, one of the world’s largest producers of automotive cables, we intend to serve original equipment manufacturers of healthcare technology in the United States and globally. LEONI already serves such well-known customers as Siemens Healthineers and GE Healthcare with complex and innovative cable system solutions in Europe and Asia and is now looking for highly motivated people to initiate, establish, and grow this business in the United States.      
 
 

Job Requirements

 

We are looking for a:

 
Sales Manager – Special Cable System Solutions, Business Unit Healthcare (BU HC)

 
Your Role:
  • Create sales forecast and budget  for relevant markets / customers in coordination with leadership
  • Foster and develop (existing) customer relationships in close coordination with leadership for small customers as well as established key accounts
  • Interface with customers in regard to quotes, order fulfillment, and RFQ timelines
  • Support of Product Management; technical counsel and clarification of customer requests
  • Prepare supply agreements with customers, integrate agreements into the internal LEONI structure (quote definition, run-time, logistic)
  • Prepare and/or generate technical reports
  • Initiate and execute marketing strategies; select advertising media and methods in coordination with marketing and product management
  • Manage issues raised by customers and provide solutions/resolutions
  • Issue reports for the relevant market segment
  • Attend relevant trade shows and provide support at LEONI events

 
Your background:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Five year’s minimum work experience in technical sales; cable harness experience in the healthcare market is highly preferred
  • Travel will be required of this role, both domestically and internationally (within NAFTA and Germany)
  • English is the required language; German and/or Spanish language skills are an asset
