Description Deliver a world class experience through knowledge, building rapport, providing assistance and education to our participants. Performs ongoing support and service activities to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Acts as an advocate for our participants in assisting them with the navigation of web-based tools and assessing identity theft situations to determine escalation. Customer Care Specialists acts as a high performing team member by assisting others when needed. This role is predominantly phone and some email based for the duration of the shift. May also be responsible in assisting with outbound calls participants on occasion. This role does not require any sales activities.

Job Requirements

Primary Responsibilities - Acts as the first resource for customer questions and requests. - Demonstrates a high degree of empathy, compassion and professionalism. - De-escalates difficult client situations. - Collaborates with other client service professionals. - Utilizes strong written and verbal communication skills. - Champions change and innovation Skills and Experience - Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required - 1 year or more of Customer Service experience - Dependability and strong work ethic - Has a passion to provide a great customer experience - Highly adaptable and focused on self-development - Ability to navigate multiple software applications - High proficiency typing skills and computer comprehension
