FlashBanc is seeking a dynamic and focused Digital Marketing Manager to assist our clients with their digital footprint needs. You'll be responsible for developing, initiation, creating, and overseeing a long-term digital marketing campaigns as well as spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions. We're looking for someone with experience in copy writing, art direction and social media who can expand a brand's reach locally while increasing their brand loyalty and awareness. The ideal candidate has the ability to maintain professional verbal and written communications, and can thrive in our culture-rich corporate headquarters here in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities: 

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, and PPC.

  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.

  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

  • Managing the redesign of the company website.

  • Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website

  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.

  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience Managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs 
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • strong knowledge of Google Analytics preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task successfully a must
  • MS Office skills required, especially in excel
  • Analytical thinker -- able to come up with solutions -- problem solver
  • Works well under pressure and deadlines
