CONFIGURATION CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Prepare ECO’s including posting in ROI and ESID system. 
*Prepare ECO’s for CCB meeting. 
*Enter part numbers and BOM’s into ROI. 
*Create provisioning lists, handle print requests and maintain all other configuration documentation. 
*Support the Configuration Control Manager in the performance of his/her duties. 
*Maintain product manuals, test reports and other engineering support documentation for easy recall within company electronic filing system. 


HARD / SOFT SKILLS NEEDED
Following are requested but NOT mandatory
*Knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc…
*Engineering drawing practices
*Prepare and submit Technical Data Packages including but not limited to; review of drawings to ensure contractural complaince, preparation of metadata and status reports
*Knowledge of rules for data retention


Following are required and non-negotiable
*Good interpersonal skills, able to work in team environment, strong written and verbal communication skills

*Full working knowledge of industry and government standards such as EIA-649 and MIL-HDBK-61A, ASME Y-14. Engineering: drawing practices and revisions.
*Work with CDM team to enhance configuration management and streamline workflow.
*Provide CDM support for programs including, status, guidance conferences, drawing in process review and design reviews.
*Review\Prepare ECNs, Variances\Deviations\Waivers, ECP for correctness and compliance to requirements.
*Prepare & submit Technical Data Packages, including review of drawings\data to insure contractual compliance and preparation of metadata.
*Knowledgeable of CDM systems / tools used in implementing CDM processes, & able to monitor & work with IT to ensure CM data integrity and necessary reports are available.
*Knowledge of SOW & CDRL\SDRL data for contractual compliance, including the scheduled, status reports, retention of data, and submittal.
*Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, along with verbal and written communication skills.
