Job Description

Oakland County Property Management Company is looking for an experienced resident property manager to manage a 200 unit apartment community. The position does not require the person to live onsite although this is an option. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and be part of a growing Metro-Detorit management company. Responsibilities include leasing and marketing of units, administrative work, onsite building inspections, excellent people skills, rent collections and enforcement of community policies, dealing with all tenant issues, maintenance supervision, working with both existing and new vendors. The position is full time. This is an ideal career opportunity not a job opportunity!
