Hamilton Connections is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives in Bridgeport, CT

Job Duties include:

   Provide professional, positive attitude, courteous, responsive and accurate service to our customers;

• Excellent verbal communications skills required to handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls

• Technical Skills to use ERP systems to make changes on orders and follow-up on those orders via email and phone

• Communicates with company representatives to assist and resolve customer inquiries and make decisions based on procedure

• Must have excellent written communication skills

• Handle correspondence for dedicated accounts

• Request, send and follow-up on pre-production samples

• Work inter-departmentally to resolve pricing and logo art related issues

• Creates and delivers shipping quotes for truck or international shipments

• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

College degree preferred but not necessary.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Bilingual a plus(Spanish or French) but not necessary.

Must pass background check.
