You will ensure product leaders have a trusted view of adoption, engagement, retention, and customer lifecycle performance, while identifying high-impact opportunities for predictive modeling, experimentation, and AI-driven features that improve product experiences and drive measurable business impact. You will ensure Highlevel operates on a single, reliable definition of key metrics and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Growth, and RevOps leadership to embed data insights into roadmap prioritization, business planning, and company strategy.
