Acts as a team leader in the absence of management.What you'll be doingRecruiting/Skill Marketing:<ul><li>Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent; Develop candidate and community engagement programs to strengthen Adecco's footprint in the market.</li><li>Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.</li><li>Redeploys temporary associates.</li><li>Analyzes hiring needs, determines best-recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies.</li><li>Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles.</li><li>Assist with identifying, sourcing, and screening top-quality candidates for open opportunities within the client program, as needed.</li><li>Analyzes candidates found through prescreening activities and evaluates skills and experience to determine match to inventory needs.</li><li>Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility with client requirements.</li><li>Achieve complete understanding and execute required recruitment, interview, and submission activity KPIs.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert (SME) related to Adecco's recruitment tools and processes.</li><li>Attend to all candidates that contact the branch, whether in person or online, ensuring that all candidates are provided with correct information about Adecco, offers, job guidance, and training and development programs clearly and professionally.</li><li>Conduct structured/behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine the best placement options.</li><li>Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results, and modifies as appropriate to meet needs inventory.</li><li>Coordinates and consults with hiring managers to understand clients' specialized needs better, maximize service level and encourage relationship building.</li><li>Maintains records of competitors in the area that display their respective shares of the market, locations, services, and benefits offered.</li><li>Develops candidate executive summary for resume submittal.</li><li>Develops long-term relationships with Associates while on assignment, striving for redeployment.</li><li>Makes calls and visits to customers and prospects to discuss services and resolve issues, understand client's environment and needs better, maximize the level of service, and encourage relationship building.</li><li>Administers job postings in various systems.</li><li>Acts as a team lead or an escalation point of contact in the absence of management.</li><li>Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Associate Care:<ul><li>Ensures compliance and safety requirements are met.</li><li>Evaluates customer and Associate satisfaction via surveys and interviews.</li><li>Champion the team's vision by upholding the required standards of behavior and attitude - Associate- and client-facing.</li><li>Coaches Associates on the enhancement of skills for career development and leverages internal training and development tools.</li><li>Ensure that clients and candidates receive excellent service.</li><li>Responds to temporary employee inquiries and escalate further as necessary.</li><li>Responsible for retention of associates and clients along with the manager.</li><li>Develop associate engagement programs (with the assistance of management and client) to bolster the Adecco/associate relationship and improve satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients.</li><li>Takes decisive and persistent action on addressing associate and client complaints and grievances; uses independent discretion to assess the proper course of action.</li></ul>Job RequirementsA high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience is required. Qualifications:
*At least 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or community outreach.*Experience hiring for clinical professionals, specifically nursing professionals including CNAs and RNs.*Proven success sourcing and engaging candidates through community-based and digital efforts.*Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to connect with diverse audiences.*Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.*Familiarity with local labor markets, healthcare industry trends, and community resources. *Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. *Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
