Mentorship opportunities in an academic area of concentration, with a focus on fostering career growth and leadership (examples include research, medical education, simulation, implementation science, informatics, quality improvement, safety, community ICU, global medicine, health equity, and healthcare leadership, etc.). Under the supervision of a Critical Care attending physician who evaluates, treats, manages inpatient care, documents medical findings in EPIC, provides support to patients, families and colleagues, collaborates with administration and nursing staff.
