This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values autonomy, strong OB referral relationships, and a predictable weekday schedule in a supportive rural health environment.Practice Highlights<ul><li>Join a collaborative team of 8 total providers</li><li>Be the solo Pediatrician within the group</li><li>Strong built-in referral base from local OB providers</li><li>Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)</li><li>No weekend clinic hours</li><li>Average 20–25 patients per day</li><li>Shared 1:3 call schedule with Family Medicine physician in town</li><li>Very light call volume (~180 deliveries annually)</li></ul>Hospital & Clinical Responsibilities<ul><li>Admit and round</li><li>Newborn rounding required</li><li>Support a Level I Nursery (~180 deliveries annually)</li><li>Provide emergency C-section coverage only when requested by OB (rare)</li><li>Access to Level III NICU in Savannah for higher-acuity transfers</li></ul>Compensation & Benefits<ul><li>$250,000 base salary + production bonuses</li><li>Full benefits package including:
