Essential DutiesMaintains Parts Specialist Success Level 3 performance to maintain expertise and support the teamContributes to the development of and maintains tactical Parts Department processes and procedures to ensure internal and external customer satisfactionUnderstands and reviews the Parts Department goals and budget monthly with the Parts Manager and quarterly with the PSAManage Freight Recovery ProcessEncourages training/learning paths for all parts personnelAssists with the resolution of parts product and parts procurement problemsCo-Administers manufacturers’ parts warranties and parts recallsAnalyze parts process errors, take corrective action, implement preventative measuresCo-Manages work-in-process – all pending documentsAchieve corporate inventory performance objectivesCompletes DSOManage Open DocsManage Core ReturnsManage Overage & ShortagesManage 2 Non-Deere vendor relationshipsCan perform all functions of the Parts Manager in the Parts Manager’s absenceComply with company policies and applicable governmental regulationsEngaged in the interviewing and hiring processConsidered a source for employee development feedback and evaluation, contributor in ADPAttends Annual Parts Supervisor MeetingAchieves/maintains analytical capabilities in ExcelOther duties as assigned Education and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentGeneral knowledge of Agriculture or Heavy Equipment technologyInternal - Level 3 Parts Success Profile Performance for minimum of 6 monthsExternal - Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Agriculture or Heavy Equipment Parts DepartmentStrong communication, math, and analytical skillsProfessional appearanceTeam skills4Rivers Equipment is an equal opportunity employer.
