If you love providing a quick, simple solution and providing change with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.During a Typical Day, You’llBe the face and smile of the toll collection operations requiring individual serviceClassify and collect proper toll amounts from motorists traveling through the toll laneMake changes, issue receipts and write insufficient fund slipsComplete operations reports and balance cash deposits at end of shiftWhat You Bring to the RoleYour pleasant and customer service-oriented mannerHigh school diploma or equivalentCurrent valid Florida driver’s licenseCash handling experience on a computerized systemWork shifts that will require your availability to work weekendsPhysical Requirements of the RoleAbility to safely walk across toll lanes and climb/descend stairs while carrying up to 30 poundsAbility to walk long distancesAbility to determine vehicle classification by visual inspectionAccommodation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the specific circumstances.
