Cook Jobs in Boston, MA
When guests in a restaurant order entrees, the chefs behind the scenes don't have time to do all the prep work and get the dish cooked and out in a timely manner. A prep cook does much of the preparation.
Daily duties include:
• Washing produce; chopping fruits and vegetables
• Cutting and/or grinding meat
• Mixing and weighing ingredients
• Marinating or otherwise preparing ingredients used in appetizers, main dishes, side dishes, and desserts.
