As a successful candidate, you will be also be responsible for: Preparing estimates by analyzing drawings, dissecting details, performing quantity take-offs, identifying scope/specification gaps, developing RFI’s, leveraging potential solutions, sourcing material price lists, determining labor productions and costs, identifying sub-contractor scope and sourcing external pricing, and consolidating this information as it pertains to the project specific requirements.
