Banking center managers (BCMs) supervise the employees and sales processes of a banking center. This may consist of a single branch or number of small branches.
On an ordinary day, a BCM's tasks might include: • Developing and updating budget and staffing documents and creating associated reports • Interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new bank staff members in security procedures, customer service expectations, and banking center products and services • Handling complex transactions and customer concerns.
