Job Description

An established financial services company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in a temporary capacity! The Administrative Assistant will support the tax team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This candidate must possess the ability to prioritize/organize and manage the workload, communicate well with internal and external contacts and manage changing priorities with ease.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Support members of the tax team
  • Independently compose reports and correspondences
  • Answer and manage multiple phone lines
  • Assist in creating and compiling business documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order office supplies when needed
  • Various other administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail

The Administrative Assistant position is a temporary assignment.
