JOB TITLE                   Product Planning & Execution Lead

COMPANY:                  Circle K Stores Inc.

FLSA STATUS:            Exempt

REPORTS TO:             Head of Global Proprietary Branded Goods

LOCATION:                  Charlotte, NC (preferred)

OPENING DATE:          1/15/2019

CLOSING DATE:          1/30/2019

 

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Global Product Planning & Execution role will be responsible to support and coordinate all product development projects and initiatives as needed within the Global Proprietary Branded Goods Dept.  This will require coordinating, planning, tracking and driving execution of multiple workstreams within product development, merchandising, and marketing efforts. The role will engage with several internal cross-functional workgroups in daily work, as well as external service providers.  The role will follow up timeline progress, execute on product testing efforts and facilitate real-world market pilots across various geographies.

 

KEY CRITERIA:

  • Considerable experience with end-to-end product development, product pipeline planning, establishing lean processes and driving execution and delivery without direct line responsibility

  • Extensive project management skillset and capabilities to drive simplified structure to achieve objectives with speed through coordination of diverse work groups and provide clear conclusion on outcomes

  • Proven track record of establishing and coordinating effective communication forums and cross-functional collaboration in a multi-cultural, matrix organization

 

EDUCATION:

  • Higher relevant education (5 years)

  • BA, BS, MBA in Business or Marketing (a plus)

  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

  • Fluent in additional languages (a plus)

Note: Relocation costs per company policy to Charlotte, North Carolina USA will be included.
