Job Description

A private investment firm in Chicago seeks an Administrative Assistant to join their team to help with a long-term project. The Administrative Assistant will manage the busy workflow of the Finance team and assist wherever needed. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual looking to be a part of a collaborative and enthusiastic company.


Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

·        Support the Administrative Assistant and four other professionals

·        Heavy calendar management

·        Schedule meetings and conferences

·        Coordinate travel arrangements

·        Maintain office, order supplies, and general office upkeep

·        Manage and prepare expense reports

·        Assist in other areas of the company as needed

·        Adhoc duties as requested


Job Requirements

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred

·        1-3 years of administrative experience

·        Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

·        Experience with SharePoint is a plus

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

·        Handle confidential information with discretion

The Administrative Assistant position is a temporary opportunity.
