Job Description

The .Net Team Lead role is for someone who has demonstrated a very strong technical understanding in software development (e.g., .Net, Quality Assurance, Testing, etc.) and wants to expand as a leader in a growing, fast-paced company in Florence, SC. In addition to leading a small application development team, the .Net Team Lead will help maintain and improve the current application environment while evaluating alternative service models (e.g., moving to a third party Platform as a Service).  

To be successful in this role requires a combination of hands-on software development skills as well as extraordinary interpersonal skills (e.g., listening, empathizing, patience, open-mindedness). This person will lead Change Management (from Development to Test to Production) and ensure on-going collaboration with all departments in the business. The successful candidate will demonstrate an unwavering commitment to monitoring and managing Production service levels as well as our employees and contractors.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce, ZoHo, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Reporting
  • Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
  • Background in Governmental Affairs, Public Policy
