The Medical Sales College is looking for established and experienced recruiters in the field of medical device sales. This is a unique and exciting position working with the only college in the US with an emphasis on professional medical sales education. Since 2011, MSC has placed more than 1,500 candidates into the field of medical sales. In 2017, MSC started their expansion process across the US and now have 8 campus locations nationwide. In late 2019, MSC will be expanding adding another 6 campus locations with the addition of a new business entity in medical sales staffing. Therefore, having the best and brightest recruiters on our staff is a necessity.
Each selected Sr. Director of Recruiting (SDR) will be required to work “ON CAMPUS” at one of our following locations:
Each SDR will be assigned between 200-300 of our 1,400 employers in medical sales that have registered directly to hire our graduates from the Medical Sales College. You will build upon our current relationship between hiring manager and the Medical Sales College. You will be providing typical recruiter services to our employers at no-cost.
Each SDR will assist in the selection process of individuals that apply for enrollment at the Medical Sales College. We currently have hundreds of applicants looking to be selected for enrollment. You will screen applicants and help assist in the selection of the best applicants for MSC and eventually as a representative in the field of medical device sales.
Each SDR will assist in recruitment activities for potential new enrollees at MSC. Currently, MSC receives more than 700 contact forms monthly looking for more information about our programs and eventual placement into the field of medical sales. You will advise and answer questions for this group looking to find the very best candidate for MSC and our employers.
Each SDR will participate in student instruction at the Medical Sales College in their final week of study. You will assist in resume review/writing, interviewing skills along with practicing interviews, LinkedIn development course and employment planning exercises. Over the course of a year, each SDR will teach 15 weeks of instruction on campus. This will be in one week increments with 12 of the weeks at your assigned campus while performing 3 weeks on the road at an alternative campus.
Lastly, MSC is aligning itself in a new partnership with the announcement of three new business models for the device industry. MSC Recruiting, MSC Staffing and MSC Medical. In these models, employers will be contracting directly with the MSC to source, train and place the selected candidate directly with the employer or assign the selected candidate to MSC Staffing in which they will represent their product portfolio in the field of medical sales. In any of these instances, your ability to interview, source and select the right candidate will be crucial.

Our candidate MUST have experience in recruitment in the field of medical sales or at minimum, significant experience in selling medical devices. No other candidates will be considered without this experience.
