Prestigious plaintiffs' law firm seeks a positive, energetic and committed team member to serve as the first contact with potential clients.

 

Client Intake Administrators are responsible for communicating with clients, inputting data into Access and requesting records from medical facilities. To be successful in this role, candidate must have excellent telephone/communication and active listening skills, data entry skills, pay great attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is beneficial but not mandatory.

 

This is a full-time contract position, expected to last through 2019. This is not a remote position; local candidates only please. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume along with a cover letter indicating availability and salary requirements for immediate consideration.
