Job Description

An immediate opportunity exists for a candidate with solid experience leading successful product development projects focusing on Software-as-Service (SaaS) new product offers, to join our team. Due to an unprecedented period of growth, we have a LONG-TERM CONTRACT position opportunity in the SAN JOSE, CA area for a PRODUCT MANAGER SERVICES/CX.

Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Product Manager to help develop Customer Experience (CX) New Product Offers in the Collaboration Technology Area.
This selected resource will work closely with internal functional teams to help conduct analysis, develop recommendations and drive creation of new CX Offers for Collaboration technology. Focus on translating technical capabilities into customer benefits. Work with development teams to define and execute enhanced and improved products and offerings. Collaborate across other business units and teams to research and develop product roadmaps. Develop portfolio requirements and policies through customer interaction, market research, quantitative sizing, competitive analysis, and by working with sales and partners. Develop value proposition messaging to address customer, partner, analyst, press, and employee audiences. Understand the financial performance of the Collab portfolio and monitor progress as it evolves.

Requirements:

BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is required.
5+ years of product management experience and 2+ years experience in working with technology products with an emphasis on software/services/customer success.
Experience in the collaboration technology space or in the Services Product Management space is highly desired.
Proven hands-on experience in business analysis and business case development is required.
Demonstrated experience defining, developing and managing product roadmaps, New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or Go-to-Market (GTM).
Experience working with ecommerce products and/or web enable services products is highly desired.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Design Sprints is desired.
Advanced experience using MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
