Four-year professional degree and/or comparable education strongly preferred plus five years experience in a business analysis or project management position preferred. Experience with business case development and strategy execution is required. Experience with requirements development tools and project management software is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand format such as written proposals and strategies. Excellent organizational, work management and analytical skills. Must possess ability to complete multiple tasks within set deadlines. Insurance industry experience preferred. Software experience required (Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Adobe). Other Software experience preferred (SQL, .asp, and .net). Prior development and Guidewire Claims Center experience are a plus.
