Job Description

About the Company: Well-established Financial Company in the Tampa area is looking for an experienced Title Assistant. Do you have at least one Year of Title experience, strong multitasking skills, team oriented and high sense of urgency? This is perfect for you! 
Type: Contract -open ended 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay: $16-18 Hr. DOE
Job Description:
•    Data entry on title orders and requests title from the underwriter on new orders. 
•    Produce closing protection letters, Pre Lim HUD’s, and title requirements to the lender. 
•    Order surveys, payoffs, lien searches and other required services in order to clear title. 
•    Answer member, real estate agent and lender questions via telephone and email. 
•    Coordinate and schedule real estate closings with all parties involved. 
•    Upload recording documents via internal title software programs. 
•    Request title policies from underwriter once recorded documents are received. 
•    Return loan policies to lender and owner’s policies back to buyers/sellers. 
•    Prepare closing packages for funding after closing has taken place.

•          High school diploma or equivalent.  Some college preferred.
•          Minimum 1 year of work experience in title or a related field.
