Job Description


Analyzes and reports on basic to complex financial and operational metrics.
Compiles and analyzes operational and transactional data and creates reports of operational financial and performance results, including trend analysis, status of major initiatives, escalating issues, and potential solutions.
Provides reporting and analysis to line managers and assists with executive summaries for senior management.
Presents results, analysis and potential solutions to line management or senior staff.
Provides project management support to various initiatives by providing financial, work measurement, equipment/space planning, and metrics reporting support.
Participates on projects that encompass both short and long term business planning.
May develop expense forecasts and operating budgets and track revenue factors for an operations organization.
Performs cost benefit analysis for re-engineering and technology initiatives, identifies expense reduction opportunities, and recommends appropriate staffing levels.
May provide ongoing review of existing equipment and space.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications


5-10 years of related work experience
MS Access
COGNOS

Preferred Qualifications


Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Demonstrated critical thinking in activities requiring analysis and investigation
Strong MS Office skills

Required Education


High School Diploma/GED
Bachelors Degree Preferred
