SentryOne is seeking a technology marketing leader that is experienced with the latest martech solutions and best practices for SaaS software demand generation. The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing will be responsible for strategy and execution of marketing campaigns and programs necessary to support our strategic growth objectives.  The Manager will be responsible for creating the annual marketing campaign plan and corresponding budgets.

The Manager will project manage all campaign activity and execute all deliverables to meet campaign deadlines, including driving creation of messages, communication vehicles, marketing technology and programs (inbound and outbound), monitoring and continually improving cross-channel integrated marketing campaigns. This position is measured by Sales Qualified Leads (SQL's) delivered and ultimately the attainment of marketing’s contribution to bookings numbers.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Develop, project manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns, from campaign conception through to creative development and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the BDR, Mid-Market, Enterprise and Partner sales teams to ideate campaigns that can win new ideal clients with focus on the healthcare, financial services and independent software vendor verticals.
  • Drive development of campaign deliverables with marketing communications, product marketing, creative design, content team, digital marketing, events, sales and marketing operations and technical marketing to build enablement materials, ads, landing pages, presentations, and whatever is required for use in developing all campaigns including but not limited to research-based lead generation, nurture campaigns, and other campaigns as required.
  • Ensure strong value-based messaging, brand consistency and core values across all campaign communications.
  • Work closely with sales enablement, sales operations and support teams to keep them informed and ensure they are aligned, enabled and trained to execute on campaign execution and results tracking.
  • Develop follow-up processes and tools for sales and maintain strong ties with sales to receive real-time feedback on campaign results that could enhance campaign elements to improve quality or quantity of leads.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are designed to achieve measurable results.
  • Develop and disseminate campaign dashboards to highlight ROI, enabling further investment in winning campaigns and refinement of less optimal campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or Marketing from an esteemed college or university.
  • 5-10+ years experience in demand generation or a campaign management role at a B2B company, preferably a SaaS software company.
  • Must be fluent in marketing automation (Hubspot a plus), webinar marketing (ON24 a plus), and Salesforce CRM applications. Manager is comfortable learning new martech software as needed.
  • A track record of creating digital and traditional marketing programs such as: email campaigns, online advertising, webinars, direct mail, etc. that deliver measurable results.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and demonstrated analytical ability. Understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and segmentation analysis.
  • Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing or similar marketing methodology framework.
  • Understanding of persona-based marketing concepts.
  • Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills (e.g., compelling/engaging campaign messaging, web copy, email copy, etc).
  • Technical aptitude to use marketing automation, customer advocacy, CRM, project management, SaaS webinar applications.
  • Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely organized and highly motivated.
  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
