Top Three Skills:2+ years experience in customer service
1+ years experience in negotiating resolutions/ troubleshooting/problem solving
Must be able to operate multiple programs at once and be tech savvy.
Job Description: Order Processing Representative will be providing customer service and support in regards to billing inquiries.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer billing inquiries using Oracle, Paymentech, and Siebel.
Research/Resolve/problematic orders (due to system issues) forwarded from Other BU's
Process exceptions and customer service requests from other departments and business units in an appropriate manner.
Act as the point-of-contact for other departments and business units for resolution of billing situations.
Identify recurring problems and provide input for a possible resolution to prevent future re-occurrence
Work Environment: Hours are 8-5pm with OT as required based on volume. This is a 9 month contract
Large call center setting but this is not on the phones.
Company has a casual dress code and is a customer comes first environment.
Their culture is take care of the customer's needs by providing the highest level of service and be a one stop resolution to problems.
Qualifications: Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or Associates degree or equivalent experience, preferred
Experience: Two years or more of customer service experience including minimum of six months as a sales, customer service, or technical support representative.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be a self-starter, team player and highly motivated to achieve goals.
Will be responsibility for maintaining high productivity levels and high quality outputs.
Excellent attendance and punctuality a must.
Excellent problem solving/decision making skills
